Family entertainment for only $5 each person? Yeah that is normally unheard of. But this Saturday at Lakeport Speedway fans can feel appreciated with grandstand entry for spectators five and up for just $5.

It will be an exciting night of racing with the Bandoleros, Taco Bell Bombers, Jammers, Legends and Midgets. An amazing night of racing for just $5! The gates will open at 3:30pm, qualifying starts at 5PM.

Racing Promoter David Furia states, “Every driver out there knows that the fans make racing an exciting sport. They don’t drive just because they can, they love the excitement of the cheer of the fans. Drivers are glad that they have this opportunity to race and we couldn’t be prouder to be able to offer $5 grandstand entry for everyone who wants to come in and cheer on our drivers. Its going to be a fun filled, exciting night of racing and we hope that families come out and support our drivers.”

Racing will return to Ukiah Speedway Saturday August 27th with the Taco Bell Bombers, Jalopies, Jammers and North State Modifieds Racing Series.

Fans bared the heat to see their favorite drivers and the fireworks at Lakeport and Ukiah Speedways Independence Weekend.

Saturday at Lakeport Speedway brought out the Taco Bell Bombers, the Modifieds and the Northern California Modified Sprint Cars at the Kelseyville Lumber Deake Lyndall Memorial.

Taco Bell Bomber Driver Erik Ray drove his 77 to victory in his heat race and the main event. Roy Ingals Jr brought the 62JR to victory in his heat race but just couldn’t steal the win from Ray in the main.

Darrin Knight dominated the Modified Class taking the win in both the heat and main event in his number 20.

The Northern California Modified Sprint Cars had 3 action packed races with the 77 of Andrea Sasselli taking the checkered in both her heat and main events. It was a double digit night with the 88 of Denny Burrell winning his heat race.

And of course the highly anticipated fireworks filled the night sky with colorful explosions to make the celebration complete.

Ukiah track will see 2 more weekends of racing with July 9 th featuring the Bandoleros, Taco Bell Bombers, Legends, Mini Stocks and North State Modified Series.

July 16th is Anderson Logging Co Armed Forces and Fan Appreciation night with all Military and First Responders receiving free grandstand entry with ID and all other fans above 5 years old paying only $5 for a night of racing. The action will include Taco Bell Bombers, California Vintage, Hardtops, Jammers, PCS Late Models and Pro-4 Modifieds.
